U-bolt

U-bolt is a bolt in the shape of the letter U with screw threads on both ends. U-bolts have primarily been used to support pipework. A U-bolt is generally described by the size of the pipe it is supporting. U-bolts are also being used to clamp any kind of tubing or round bars.
