RESPONSIBILITIES

Factory Manager
Ensuring that all necessary measures are taken in order to maintain an acceptable standard of safety.
Ensuring that all legal and statutory norms are met (i.e. any rule or regulation or instruction from the enforcing agencies). Ensuring the operation is performed in safe manner with correct tools and equipment.

Production Supervisor
Familiar with the company safety policy. Ensure that the workforce under their control observes all safety rules. Maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility at all times.

Factory Employees
Conform to safe work practices. Conform to instructions given by supervisor. Report any defect to the supervisor immediately.

Personnel Protective Equipment
Safety Shoes are provided to prevent any serious injuries. Eye protection is provided and worn while working on the lathe. Gloves are worn whenever handling objects.

House Keeping
All the passage ways are kept free of all materials and obstructions of any kind. Spillage of oil or any other substance is immediately cleaned up.

Fire Procedure
Flammable material is not allowed to be accumulated. Smoking is not allowed in the office or factory premises. Fire extinguishers and accessories are located through out the factory.
