The fasteners at Techbolt are manufactured with state-of- the-art machinery and go through strict quality checks and ensures on time production of our range of products. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with high-end machines, which undertake the complete manufacturing process there by ensuring smooth and defect-free production of the products.

Cutting
Cutting is the first step in the manufacturing process of any fastener. Raw material in a round or Hex bar is either seen cut or sheared to the desired length.
Chamfering
Chamfer is a transitional edge between two faces of an object. Chamfering is done on fasteners to create a clearance for easy mating of the threaded parts. We are processing thousands of fasteners through Chamfering every day.
Induction heating
Induction heating is the process of heating an electrically conducting object by electromagnetic induction, through heat generated in the object by eddy currents.
Forging
